These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms of Use"), along with other policies available on our platform, form a legally binding agreement between you and Techbeliever Technologies Private Limited ("Bharat Rummy", "Our", "We", "Us").

4.3. Entry fees are non-refundable, except where a contest is canceled by Bharat Rummy.
4.4. Bharat Rummy reserves the right to modify contest rules, prize distributions, or eligibility.
5.1. Winnings can be withdrawn to your verified bank account, subject to successful KYC.
5.2. Withdrawals above ₹10,000 in a single game will be subject to 31.2% TDS as per Indian law.
5.3. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your account and withdrawal details.
6.1. Rummy offered on Bharat Rummy is a game of skill requiring strategy, calculation, memory, and attention.
6.2. Under Indian law, games of skill are not considered gambling and are legal in most Indian states.
6.3. Bharat Rummy does not permit participation from restricted states. Any such participation is at the user’s risk.
