At Bharat Rummy, operated by Techbeliever Technologies Private Limited, we strive to provide a seamless gaming experience. However, we understand that technical issues may arise. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the scenarios in which refunds may be issued.

1. General Policy

• Entry fees once paid are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
• No cancellations are allowed once a user has joined any Rummy contest.

2. Refunds in Case of Errors

• If there is a verified error in the services provided due to a technical failure or platform-side issue, we may refund the entry fee.
• Refunds will be considered only after internal investigation and approval by Bharat Rummy.
• Users must report the issue promptly via our support team.

3. Payment Gateway or Platform Faults

• If participation is affected due to a payment gateway failure or system error from our end, Bharat Rummy may cancel the participation and refund the applicable entry fee.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original source wallet: Deposit Wallet, Winnings Wallet, or Bonus Wallet, based on the deduction source.

4. System-Initiated Cancellations

• If Bharat Rummy cancels your participation in a contest due to unforeseen technical issues or system disruptions, your entry fee will be refunded within a reasonable time.
• The refunded amount can be used for future contest participation.

5. Mode of Refund

• Refunds made via credit card will be returned to the original card used.
• For UPI, net banking, or wallet payments, the amount will be credited back to the original source account.
